Return Window:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery date
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
Eligible Returns:
- Books significantly different from description
- Books damaged during shipping (not pre-existing wear)
- Wrong item sent by our error
- Books with missing pages or major defects not disclosed
Non-Returnable Items:
- Books damaged by customer after delivery
- Books with normal wear consistent with “used” condition as described
- Books returned after 30-day window
- Books with writing, highlighting, or markings added by customer
Return Process:
- Contact us at support@chocolateusa.shop within 30 days
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package items securely and ship to our return address
Return Shipping:
- Customer pays return shipping unless item was our error
- We recommend using trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost return packages
Refund Processing:
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive returned item
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless our error)
- Refund amount excludes return shipping costs
Damaged/Defective Items:
- Report within 7 days of delivery for fastest resolution
- Photos may be required to verify damage
- We’ll provide prepaid return label for our errors
- Full refund including original shipping costs
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges
- Return unwanted item and place new order for desired book
Processing Time:
- Email confirmations sent when return is received and processed
- Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear on your statement
